Kind Words From Students
"Write your testimonials hI have been attending Charlotte's restorative yoga classes for 3-4 years now. I love the flexibility of having that week's recording if I can't attend live, but it is always a richer experience sharing it with the other lovely people on the zoom. Charlotte has such a lovely warm style, and you feel completely safe with her. My mat is now an anchor for a place of deep relaxation. Charlotte's soothing tones, and really clear explanations means that I can just relax into the experience and let my nervous system settle. I can still have days when my mind is too wired, but I know I can go back to the recording at a later date and enjoy it properly. Charlotte's classes are a valuable part of my toolkit."

"I first discovered Charlotte when I watched her share her story at Dr Alex Howard's Chronic Fatigue Super Conference in 2021. Her warmth shone through the screen, and I was instantly intrigued by how restorative yoga might support my recovery from ME/CFS. With Charlotte’s gentle guidance, I moved from 1:1 sessions to group classes. Her warmth and gentleness were always constant, and her deep knowledge of yoga—its history and practices—was woven into every session, making each one feel nourishing and soothing for the soul. My nervous system truly thanks me for it, as it began to regulate and settle over time. I am now fully recovered and still use the principles I learned as part of my self-care and restorative practices at home. I highly recommend Charlotte and her classes to anyone looking to begin or deepen their self-care routine."

"So glad I found these online classes! I was anxious about attending my first session having been mostly housebound with ME for over a year, and Charlotte took time to explain exactly what was involved and put me at ease. I usually do the very gentle yoga class, which involves gentle movement, breathwork and rest, helping soothe my nervous system and release tension in my body. Charlotte is very calm and supportive, and there is no pressure to do all, or indeed any, of the poses. There is also an opportunity to join and chat 15 min before the class starts, which gives a real sense of community. Thoroughly recommend!"
-Shelly

"The absolute best yoga classes! Having lived with CFS and Endometriosis for a very long time, I was anxious about starting these classes. But these have been life changing! Charlotte teaches in such a patient, understanding, compassionate way and meets you where your body is at. I have now done yoga on the mat, in bed, on the sofa and even in hospital when waiting for surgery. There is never any judgement for showing up how you feel that day. The community of people at the classes are always welcoming and I have met some of my closest friends here who understand the fatigue journey. Charlotte has taught me so much about yoga - it is there for you, no matter what you are going through and what level you are at. I cannot recommend Charlotte enough! "Charlotte's yoga classes for people with ME/CFS have been an absolute lifesaver. She has put together a range of weekly classes that help me and many people like me manage our condition. Some are useful when I am not able to do anything, but others have helped me develop a bit more physical strength and stamina as I have recovered a bit more energy. Beyond the classes, through a number of special courses, she has taught me skills which I can use daily. In addition to her skills, experience and knowledge, she is a patient and generous teacher and the experience of coming to the classes lifts some of the isolation you can feel when you have an energy limiting condition and offers some hope. I have gone to other yoga classes with other teachers for ME/CFS but have found Charlotte's to be the best by miles. Really thoughtfully designed and taught. And great value for money too."

"I've been going to Charlotte's yoga classes for over three years and they have been a big part of my recovery from CFS. She is a wonderful teacher and such a compassionate, kind and caring person. I don't think she realises how much she has helped me through not just my illness but when my mum died and my husband had cancer. She has taught me so much about how to rest deeply. I now have a daily restorative yoga practice and wouldn't be without it, or Charlotte!"
